CPMS®-Flexi is a job-oriented training programs, designed by New Generation Jobs Pvt. Ltd. registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, vides CIN U74999KA2018PTC111767.
This program is meticulously designed, after 5 years of extensive and intensive research and practice since 2014.
Note: The primary objective of this program is to help students get lateral entry into Level 2 of CPMS®. Since CPMS® Level 1 training is a full-time program and requires 7 hours of classes per day, it is highly inconvenient for working professionals and students undergoing training in other education programs. CPMS®-Flexi was designed to help such aspirants. As the name suggests, institutes providing training for this program have the flexibility to alter the duration to suit student requirements. However, it is mandatory that institutes make sure that the prescribed syllabus is completed before the students appear for the certification test.

The certification test held after completion of training of the syllabus for CPMS®-Flexi is known as CPMS®-Flexi Certification Test.
The only way to get lateral entry admission into CPMS® for any aspirant is through an examination process named LEAST i.e. Lateral Entry Admission Selection Test. For any aspirant to attend the LEAST, it is mandatory that they need to attend a model exam known as Pre-LEAST, which is intended to familiarize them with the pattern of the LEAST. The CPMS®-Flexi CT follows the pattern of the Pre-LEAST and is hence considered equivalent to it.

PASSED Lateral entry into Level 2 of CPMS® |
The students shall be provided scanned copies of the evaluated answer sheets of the offline tests of CPMS®-Flexi Certification Test within 7 working days of declaring the results without any additional charges. This is to help the students identify the areas they need to improve for their next attempt and also to prepare themselves for the LEAST. However there shall be a fee equivalent to USD 70/- per subject for transcripts of online examinations.
In the rare event of finding any discrepancy in the results, NGJ shall conduct re-evaluation and/or re-counting of those papers, without charging any fee. In the event of a student failing any subject of the LEAST, the student is usually required to attempt all the subjects in the next attempt.
Every aspirant who fails to pass the CPMS®-Flexi CT in the first attempt shall be provided two additional attempts without any extra charges. Students are permitted to attempt the LEAST two times without any extra charges. Students who request for more paid attempts for the LEAST, are required to complete all their attempts within 365 days of the first attempt.
The students who pass the LEAST are required to successfully clear the following procedures before proceeding to the CPMS® Level 2 training:
- 1. The recruiting partner of New Generation Jobs shall initiate background verification including criminal background verification for the students who successfully complete the first level training program.
- 2. Students are required to provide all documents including but not limited to address proof, identity proof, previous employment, educational certificates, etc. to complete the background verification process.
- 3. Students are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on a stamp paper during their training/advanced training and subsequent employment with Infosense Technologies. The NDA will include a penalty of up to USD 5,000 for breach or violation of HIPAA laws.
- 4. Every student is required to confirm with New Generation Jobs that he/ she shall not quit the training and the subsequent job provided for a minimum period of 2 years failing which he/she shall pay New Generation Jobs a compensation of USD 6000.
CPMS® Level 2: Duration tentatively 2 months
The training for the second level certification happens at Bengaluru. During this period, the students shall be paid stipends of up to Rs.12,000/- per month.
CPMS® Level 3: Duration tentatively 3 months
The training for this level certification happens at Bengaluru. The stipends paid to students during this period shall be up to Rs.15,000/- per month.
Note: The students are required to pass the certification tests and or passing criteria of each level to progress to the next level.
At any point in time, if a student decides to quit the training program, post attending their first attempt at the LEAST, he/she shall be provided a Certificate of Participation of CPMS® Level – 1 and consolidated marks card of the LEAST mentioned as FLC Test Score Card.

Placement Terms
Every student who successfully complete CPMS® (not CPMS®-Flexi), shall be provided placement as Doctor Ready MS (probationary period), and thereon, after the successful completion of the probationary period, as employees in the designation of Doctor Approved Medical Scribe Specialist with a minimum starting salary of Rs.38,000/- per month. In the event of failing to provide the placement, New Generation Jobs Pvt. Ltd shall refund 100% of the fee.
The placement guarantee is based on the terms and conditions mentioned below. The placement guarantee is valid only to those who are found eligible after the following procedures:

Procedure for Admission into CPMS®-Flexi
Step 1 – Apply

- Make sure you enter accurate details.
- Kindly double check that the mobile number and email address mentioned in the application form is correct and accessible.
- Once you have successfully applied, a Temporary Registration Number (TRN), Auto-generated Password, and CPMS® E-Brochure and CPMS®-Flexi E-Brochure shall be sent to your email. Kindly check the spam folder of your email if you do not find the mail in your inbox within 5 minutes of applying.
- Click on the “LOGIN” button provided at the top right side of this website.
- Click on the box mentioned “Student” and SIGN IN using the Temporary Registration Number (TRN) and Password.
- Attend the online test known as ASAT (Admissions and Scholarship Assessment Test).
- Either call 8867676788 or walk-in to any of the ASC (Authorized Study Center) listed in this website.
- Aspirants are required to attend a 1-hour counseling session at the member institute opted to understand in depth about the training program. Aspirants are often required to attend an offline test at the ASC opted by them.
- If the ASC is willing to enroll you, a “Provisional Admission Letter and Expenditure Certificate” along with an Annexure, which explains the program, in brief, shall be provided.
- You are required to submit the duly signed Annexure, at the Institute within 5 days of accepting it.
Note: Aspirants are required to apply again, in the event of failing to submit the duly signed annexure within 5 days of receiving it.
Step 2 - Registration
- After completion of all the procedures mentioned as Step 1, you are permitted to enroll for the program by paying the registration cost and the Institute shall provide you a tax invoice. If you do not receive the Tax Invoice, within 1 hour kindly inform 8867676788.
- Upon successful payment of registration cost, you shall receive a username (USID – Unique Student Identity) and password in your registered email.
- Kindly check the spam folder of your email if you do not find the mail in your inbox within 24 hours of receiving the Tax Invoice. If you still do not find the mail, kindly inform the institute by email mentioning your TRN. If the institute fails to respond or rectify the issue within 48 hours, send an email to admissions@cpmsindia.com mentioning your TRN.
- Once you have received the USID and Password, click on the LOGIN button provided at the top right of this page and SIGN IN by clicking on the box mentioned “Student”.
- A dialogue box shall appear asking you to confirm if you were provided the Annexure from New Generation Jobs, before paying the registration cost. If you haven’t received the document and submitted it duly signed, click on the button that says DENY.
- If you have submitted the Annexure duly signed, click on the button that says ACCEPT. Now you shall receive an OTP (One Time Password) in your mobile number. When aspirants confirm with us about receiving the Annexure for Admission Letter, by submitting the OTP, the admission process gets completed successfully.

- Any brochure, marketing tools, documents, etc. provided by any other party including Member Institutes / Authorized Study Centres are not supervised by New Generation Jobs, and hence shall not be held accountable for the contents in those documents.
- Students who have registered with CPMS®-Flexi are encouraged to inform us by email or online via the option provided in their account regarding any illegal activities carried out by students, teaching and non-teaching faculties, member institute officials, etc. New Generation Jobs shall keep such information confidential as long as the informant wishes and shall initiate an investigation and take necessary actions.
