For the last twenty years, Tony (as we fondly call him), has worked in technology-based service companies like Reuters PLC, Spheris Inc. (formerly HealthScribe India Ltd.), HealthOffice etc.
Having worked and lived in different countries like the UK, Italy, Netherlands, US, and India, he has built up significant experience in running operations with vastly different culture and work practices.
Initially, with a finance background, Tony concentrated in finance, tax, and financial modeling issues. He then progressively moved to take on customer service, human resource, and operational and logistical functions. He has been heavily involved in implementing large-scale computer systems to support these areas. In the early 1990's, Tony moved into general management were the positions that were undertaken involved turning around "failed" organizations. The span of functional experience expanded to sales and running large technical service operations with time-critical characteristics.

Mr. Sanjeev E.K is currently heading Operations, HR, and Training at Only Group Healthcare. Prior to joining OG Healthcare, he had worked in healthcare related industries for over 16 years, which includes a stint in Australia and gained significant experience in running operations with an ability to manage work with different cultures and work practices.
He has vast experience in technology-based service companies in the IT-enabled environment like Spheris Inc (Formerly HealthScribe India Ltd) and HealthOffice. Initially, with a transcription background, his career started as a medical language specialist at Spheris. Then he progressively moved to take on senior management positions in Operations and Quality functions and was involved in the implementation of systems and processes in all these areas.
Sanjeev was also in a senior management position with HealthOffice that involved handling clients across the US, Europe, and Australia. During his tenure at HealthOffice, the initial emphasis was on the medical coding and transcription operations, which later on went up to involving in merging HealthOffice with an entity that manages UK back-office operations that includes accounting, transcription, and software development. Sanjeev is well known in the corporate world for his extraordinary skills in strategic and tactical planning, quality management, productivity enhancement and relationship management.

Mr. Iftakhar Asfi started his colorful and envious career as an assistant lawyer at Delhi High Court after successfully completing his BA LLB from the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University with a scholarship.
